Checking the Disaster Message Board Online

SoftBank Mobile:
- Open your web browser and go to
http://dengon.softbank.ne.jp/pc-e1.jsp
- Choose
Confirm.
- Enter the
SoftBank Mobile Number of a person you want to know the condition of, then select Search. *If you enter a phone number belonging to another network (i.e. AU or DoCoMo) you will be forwarded to that networkfs disaster message board.*

Search results appear (a list of dates/times messages were posted).

Click on the dates to display any registered messages.
- The message you have chosen will be displayed.

KDDI au:
- Open your web browser and go to
http://dengon.ezweb.ne.jp/E/service.do
- Select
Check
- Enter the
au phone number of the person whose information you want to check and press Search *If you enter a phone number belonging to another network (i.e. SoftBank or DoCoMo) you will be forwarded to that networkfs disaster message board.*

NTT DoCoMo:
- Open your web browser and go to
http://dengon.docomo.ne.jp/Etop.cgi
- Select
Confirm Msg from the Disaster Message Board
- Enter the
DoCoMo phone number of the person whose information you want to check and press Search *If you enter a phone number belonging to another network (i.e. SoftBank or au) you will be forwarded to that networkfs disaster message board.*
